Desde 2014 que se incrementó el número de jugadores, la competición ha brindado más opciones a más jugadores de participar en este prestigioso evento que se celebra desde 1978.
Muchos de los participantes lo hemos podido ver en el Catalonia Open y FCD Anniversary de Calella este mismo año como Willem Mandigers que fue finalista en los dos eventos celebrados en Catalunya.
